Used in land, water, energy and material sustainability, it has become the 21st century’s biggest game-changer due to its versatility and finesse. By using BIM modelling, every stage of the construction process is transparent. It provides deep insights on material technology and efficient designing on- and offsite, saving time, money and resources and is thus better for the environment. We can also use the BIM model to optimise and monitor performance before and after occupancy. This is an opportunity to showcase the importance of vocational skills in nation-building and the development of capacity.
